I saw the Tyra Banks Show with my classmates in our class and it was really fun to listen to their reactions about Tyra and Yoanna’s talk especially when our teacher John pretended to be like Tyra and each of us pretended to be like Yoanna and we made a small talk show in our class that each student had to remember what Yoanna said which is funny and difficult at the same time.
Actually, it was my first time to watch Yoanna and I didn’t know that she is famous because she is America’s next top model.
Basically, in this show she talked about her life and why she wanted to do high fashion in Europe also, she talked about her story when she could lose about sixty pounds in two years and how it’s hard to lose it especially when she loves to drink a lot of smoothies like Frappuccinoes which are fat free and how she didn’t care about doing exercise.
It was a good experience that we can learn many things from it and I agree how it’s hard to do exercise for a long time without giving up.
In my experience, for more than six months I worked out alone at the gym and I couldn’t stay more than one hour because I got bored quickly but after I met a group of guys who were working out there I started to stay for more than three hours because we worked out together as a group and we encouraged each other which was good for me that I won’t give up. So if you really want to enjoy working out at the gym you have to go with your friends or try to get new friends at the gym which is helpful for you to continue doing exercise and you will love it.

You work out regularly! That's great. Also you made gym friends. You will be masculine.
